Standard Warranty

Meshnebulizerstore warrants all products to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions and agrees to repair, replace and even refund all orders at no additional cost to the customer including free shipping if applicable, for a period of 30 days after the customer has received their order.

 

Extended Warranty

Meshnebulizerstore warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal residential use and conditions and agrees to repair or replace the product at no additional cost to the customer including free shipping if applicable, for a period of one (1) year for the original invoice date. Important to note is that the extended warranty is only applicable for the amount of products the warranty was purchased for. If a customer buys 2 products but only buys 1 extended warranty the warranty can only be applied to that specific product. 

Warranty Limitations

All our warranties do not include:

• Any condition resulting from other than ordinary residential wear or any use for which the product was not intended, such as use in rental or contract trade or commercial use 
• Any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance or care
• Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence,  or accidents 
• Dissatisfaction due to buyer’s remorse 
• Damages incurred during assembly or maintenance 
• Normal wear and tear 

 

Claim Procedures

Claims for defective products must be made within 30 days after delivery for the standard warranty and within ONE year from invoice date for the extended warranty.

We reserve the right to specify that items be returned to the original warehouse for inspection or be inspected by our representative in the field

Pictures and or video's are required to claim defective merchandise, along with a copy of the original invoice. We cannot process any warranty claim without having a clear picture and or video of the issue. For some claims a video is required.  

If the claim is justified, the item(s) or part(s) will be repaired or replaced. It is our policy to simply send a replacement if needed. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights, which vary from state to state.
